Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We want you to be super happy with your digital product and we do everything we can to ensure they are advertised correctly. As such, we do not offer refunds on our digital products, what you see is what you get. If you are unhappy at all with what you receive and feel it does not match what you ordered, please do use our contact page to let us know and we'll discuss it with you.

Since digital products can still be used after you have purchased them and you can't return them in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds or credit for them.

By clicking 'Pay Now', you agree to our Terms of Service. You explicitly request immediate delivery of your digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once downloading or streaming begins.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
